How can I order goods from you?
Select the desired products, add them to your shopping cart. Provide correct data: name, surname, address, parcel machine address, phone number, etc.
We also accept orders via Facebook message, email, or phone.
How long does it take to deliver the goods?
Available items are shipped within 1-3 business days after receiving the order.
If you choose to send by parcel machine, the goods are usually delivered within 2-5 days.

Can I exchange or return the product?
Defects in goods are eliminated, goods are exchanged or returned in accordance with the Order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania of 29 June 2001 No. 217 “On Approval of the Rules for Returning and Exchanging Items” (Official Gazette, 2001, No. 58-2105), approved by the Rules for Returning and Exchanging Items.
Goods can be returned or exchanged within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the shipment.
Important:
- Individually designed products are not returnable. That is, when the product is made by choosing individual features: details, trouser lengths according to height, etc.
- The goods are returned at the buyer's expense - shipping costs are paid by the buyer. These costs are not refundable.
- Exchange and return of goods are possible only if the item is undamaged, unworn and has not lost its commercial appearance.
- To return goods, please contact us.
- After the 14-day period, claims regarding the goods will not be accepted.
How to use a discount code?
After selecting the desired products, there is a dedicated line in your cart next to the products to enter the discount code. The discount code will be activated automatically after entering.
When will I receive payment for returned goods?
The money is returned to the account specified by the buyer within 14 days.
What should I do if I receive an item I like and want to exchange it for a different size, color, etc.?
We usually sew individually, so to coordinate changes, please contact our team.
Most often, there is no additional charge for repairs, the buyer pays the shipping costs for the replacement (€3 should be added to the shipment).
